The Independent Insurance Agents Association of Oklahoma is conducting the CISR Agency Operations on March 11 at the National Security Conference Center, Oklahoma City.
The course focuses on areas directly affecting the job success of independent insurance agents. The training would deal with the importance of professionalism, agency structure, ethical responsibilities, and skills for evaluating insurance companies. It will help insurance agents deal with common customer problems and determine the important issues facing insurance agencies. The training would impart critical and proven management skills for insurance agents. It would also help agents learn about their legal and ethical obligations, and help prevent errors and omission.
