2010 Oklahoma Hall of Fame Induction at OKC, Bricktown Hotel Welcomes

The 2010 Oklahoma Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will take place at the Cox Convention Center, Oklahoma City on Thursday, the 4th of November, 2010. The Oklahoma Hall of Fame is considered the greatest state honor for an Oklahoman. There are 635 inductees since 1927 and the Gaylord-Pickens Oklahoma Heritage Museum houses busts, portraits and inscriptions of names of these individuals, while granite monuments honoring them can be found at the Heritage Plaza in the Oklahoma State Fairgrounds, Oklahoma City.

The inductees to the 2010 Oklahoma Hall of Fame are the following:
Kristin Chenoweth from Broken Arrow
Robert A. Hefner III from Oklahoma City
Edward L. Keller from Tulsa
Judy Love from Oklahoma City
Michael C. Turpen from Oklahoma City
Lew O. Ward III from Enid
The event will feature music by Ty England, the country singer and 2010 Ambassador of Goodwill, and the lead vocalist will be Darla Zuhdi. Melvin Moran functions as the invocator.
