Downtown OKC welcomes residents and visitors from around the world to take part in its 2010 Christmas festivities, officially called Downtown in December.

Downtown in December Events

The events will begin with an official introduction by OKC Mayor Mick Cornett on November 23 at 6:00 PM when he lights The Oklahoman Christmas Tree. This will kick off a season and month of great activities that make Downtown in December an eagerly sought after event.

Highlights include AT&T Snow Tubing, fun at the Braum’s Ice Rink, Devon Holidays on the Canal, spectacular light displays of the Bricktown entertainment district and the OG&E Garden Lights show. You can also check out the Chesapeake Lights Civic Center Park and participate in the DID 5K Run by Dominion E&P. Apart from these official festivities, there are plenty of other events organized at the other attractions during the month. Plan your OKC December Christmas bash today!
